Here to help you cope with your loss

Firstly, we are deeply sorry about your circumstances that have brought you to us. At HUG, we strive to direct you to exactly where you need to be. Whether you are looking for advice for how to cope after the loss of a baby, or advice for a family member or friend who is going through it. Please be assured that you have come to the right place.

Meet Amy

Founder of Help Us Grieve

Like so many people, I have been through the horrendous trauma of losing babies. In 2013, I started working on HUG in desperation and anger that there was such little interest or time spare to support people through the physical, psychological and emotional trauma that we go through as parents for many months and even years after we lose our babies.

I have been on a mission to change things for every single one of us; mums, dads, siblings, friends and family, who are affected by the loss of our little ones. This website is YOURS and the idea is that we encourage you to get in touch with us with your comments and experiences so that we continue to update and alter HUG so that it becomes the best that it can be.

To get in touch, you can email amy@helpusgrieve.co.uk

After all, every experience and circumstance is different. I understand your anger, frustration, pain and anxiety. I will do everything I can to help.

Lots of love to you, Amy xxx

My Granny, Betty (GB), always used to say…

Just remember, kid, hugs are free…’
